Delete your BinBack account
You can request deletion here, either in the BinBack app or in your browser. Sign in with the account you want to delete, then confirm your request.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion using your account email. Sending this request does not mean your data has already been deleted.
Deletion covers your account, profile, photos and other personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Records required by law may be retained; we will explain any retained records when we confirm deletion.
After deletion you will lose access to your return history, wallet and vouchers. You do not need to spend your balance to request deletion.
What happens to your remaining rewards?
When account deletion is completed, your remaining BinBack reward credit and unused vouchers will be cancelled and cannot be restored, except where you have a legal right to a refund or another remedy.
Sending this request does not cancel your credit or vouchers immediately. We will review outstanding rewards and any applicable rights before completing deletion. You can contact Support about your balance without withdrawing your deletion request.
