How BinBack works
Five steps from an empty container to a reward.
Scan
Scan the barcode on an empty bottle or can. If the product is new, enter the brand, drink name, size and material.
Take a photo
Take a clear new photo for each container. Keep the barcode visible. Reusing a photo is not accepted.
Hand it over
Take the real container to a listed collection point. Show your customer QR. The operator checks the container and records a separate photo.
Get your reward
Known products are credited after acceptance. New products need a manager to approve the product and reward. Your history shows any review hold.
Use a voucher
Use available wallet credit for rewards or store vouchers. Show the voucher QR at a selected participating store. Each store voucher is used once. You can cancel an unused voucher or reclaim expired credit from Store vouchers.
Need a review?
If a return is held, open History and send three different photos: front, back and barcode. You can include an explanation. An unknown brand does not mean the container is rejected.
Camera or QR problem?
Open BinBack in Safari or Chrome and allow camera access. You can type the barcode or customer QR token if scanning fails.
Example
A 500 ml bottle is scanned and photographed. The reward stays pending until the operator receives that bottle. A product barcode can appear on many bottles, but each bottle needs its own photo and handoff check.
